What we collect

We only collect the information you choose to give us — for example, when you complete the enquiry form or email us. That typically includes your name, email address, business name and the details of your enquiry.

How we use it

  • To respond to your enquiry and discuss your project.
  • To provide any services you go on to commission.
  • To keep necessary records of our correspondence and work.

We do not sell your information, and we do not send marketing you haven't asked for.

The enquiry form

Our enquiry form is provided by Netlify, the platform that hosts this website. When you submit the form, the details you enter are transmitted to and stored by Netlify on our behalf so that we can receive and reply to your message. Netlify acts as our data processor; you can read how they handle information in the Netlify privacy policy.

Cookies and analytics

This site is deliberately built without tracking. We do not use analytics, advertising cookies or third-party tracking tools, and the site sets no cookies of its own. If that ever changes, we will update this section to explain what is used, what it collects and how to opt out.

Keeping your information

We keep enquiry correspondence only for as long as we need it to deal with your enquiry and any work that follows from it. Records we are required to keep for legal, tax and accounting purposes are retained for as long as the law requires — in the UK, generally six years — after which we delete or securely dispose of them.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have rights over your personal data, including to access it, correct it, or ask us to delete it. To make a request, email hello@vigorousmarketing.co.uk. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
